Well, to say this was a bad movie isn’t really fair or completely accurate… it was clearly an epic nostalgia play and despite the cringey dialogue and terrible acting, it still maintained a halfway decent level of feeling entertaining. It definitely hit some childhood buttons for me as a kid of the 80’s, but I can’t imagine anyone born in 1990 or later and didn’t watch the cartoon would get any of the references or understand the weird little creature who shows up at the end to share the morale of the story. Checked the box, but I doubt I will ever watch this again.
